But if you buy Llorente and don't sell anyone then the squad depth has improved. Similarly if you buy two centre backs and only sell one, the same applies.

I don't think he's ever gonna bag 1000 goals for us, but this is a huge capacity in european football.

I think that signing is a testament to where we're at as a club right now - even more so as we stole him from Chelsea.

I wanted Llorente 3 years ago! Never too late I suppose and definitely a decent option on the bench when chasing games and we just need to lump the ball into the penalty box. Decent summer window, turned spectacular by the fuck ups of the other clubs. Another attacking player would have been the icing on the cake.

In my opinion we are one creative player short in our business for really going for it this year. At the same time it's the best window we've had in ages. Welcome, Davinson, Paulo, Juan, Serge and Fernando. I look forward to watching you all make your mark at our famous club!
