Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Does seem to take on defenders more than Eriksen, but he has made some nifty passes already. Could easily have 2 assists; 1 to Messi on the little flick in and that lovely pass to Suarez (?) in stride.

Busy, crafty and looks for a killer pass or move. I can see him either being a match winner or frustrating depending on the game.

I'd definitely take him at Spurs but I do think he needs other good players around him that will be intelligent enough to be on his wavelength. Not sure about his teamwork skills I.E. giving, moving and passing etc but he's got a lot of good energy and if he is able to adjust to the physical side of the league he reminds me very much of a Guardiola or Barcelona type player with his lower centre of gravity and quality touch and shape.

I like him but he won't be a like for like regarding Christian in my opinion. Early days of course.

Movement and passing looks pretty good tonight. Watched a few Betis matches this year and he seems like the real deal. Maybe more of a Lamela than an Eriksen.

I think this would work:

Lo Celso
Winks - NDombele
Kane
Dele Son
Lo Celso
Winks - NDombele

That could definitely work. As could Lo Celso in Son's position and Eriksen or an Eriksen type player in the central Lo Celso role.

It wouldn't have much width so the need for zippy fullbacks would be required so teams can't squeeze us in the middle. Atal and Sessegnon long term would be class.

Lo Celso is a funny one. I'm a fan but I can't see where we will get that Eriksen creativity from as he strikes me as more of a finisher than a provider. We really do need to make a move for him though as he does look the part initially in this game and from what I've seen of him previously.

Fuck even thinking about his creativity.

What happened to Coutinho's creativity when Liverpool sold him? They replaced it with goals and everyone else stepped up.

Dele further forward would see him score triple the amount he scored this season. Son and Kane when fit get 60 between them. NDombele adds more to a weak central midfield and Lo Celso gives us something completely different to what we've had.

We would really need full backs to complement the intricate play of Winks, Ndombele, Lo Celso, Dele and Kane. Sonny and Lucas would be slugging it out for a role and even Lamela wouldn't look out of place in that kind of lineup.

One thing is for sure I can't see us lumping silly boy coin on Lo Celso, Ndombele and Bruno Fernandes like a report earlier suggested we would look at. Lo Celso for me is 100% an Eriksen replacement even if he isn't like for like.

Foyth looks so calm even under pressure.
Not in a few of spurs games
