I live in the States unfortunately and I've discovered they know everything about everything, even when they don't, I mean what other country has at its helm a racist, narcissistic , misogynistic moron who's so stupid he thinks the queen runs the country. Perhaps after he's impeached and then released from prison for all his fraudulent dealings, he can manage the US football team. But no Mexican or Central American players. Only WASPs.It's nice to be called a fraud by an American soccer fan though. Makes me smile that when he's up drinking, he thinks about me enough to message me.
I mean, he's a fount of knowledge when it comes to all things soccer too I'm sure and all those Spurs games he's been to. Eesh. Enough to put all of us to shame.
But he's a loyal supporter and that gives him a get out of jail free card, no?I have him on ignore because I have the opposite opinion, he's a sad individual who floods this place with BS posts, like an uncontrolled sewer.
does he not split opinion? Some folks living in reality and others clinging on to an image of a player of 2 years ago. There are some Woolwich fans that are still behind Ozil because he is their world class player and you can't just give up WC players, right? Because class, of course, is permanent. that sound familiar? People still listing lineups for next season crowbarring Dele in the lineup. Folks literally want to go through a rebuilding summer, one in which even the Mgr has said is the next chapter, by going back to the 1st chapter with dele having a free role his play does not justify.
But I don't have to defend my position as I have the last two years evidence. If you think I'm off my rocker then answer the simple question of what has he improved in 4 years? He cannot have an unquestioned starting position next season. History suggest he will not improve because of it.
Typical fucking yank. The usual intellectual comeback. We've been at this game for 600 years. Of course we know more than you. Are you a complete moron? Here we go with the Brits are smarter and superior football fans than Americans because we invented the game! horseshit...
Do us all a favor and fuck off.
as I said before, we shall spend the summer sorting our defence out as priority. Our attack creates chances against even Man C or Liverpool. It is our defence doesn't stand a chance
Nice spelling man.....

They do. They play football with their feet. Nice oxymoron.I thought the typical U.S.A fan referred to football as "Soccer"
Yep, our more ‘muscular’ players (apart from Sissoko) didn’t turn up last season leaving Deli and Eriksen to do a job they’re not really suited to. Some folk have very short memories.Yea, well if we compare attack to defence - yes. Agreed, defence is more worrysome.
But you leave midfield out of the occasion. And this was where we suffered current season. Dier was weak, Wanyama is unfortunately finished, Winks had long injury... Sissoko, Alli and Eriksen are not much of DM's. So defence did not get much support from midfield either.
Other thing being -due to issues in midfield we did not control the game as well as we should have. And that helped teams to break through faster. Which put defence under lot more pressure then season or two ago.... so I'd say first sort out midfield issues. Then defence (1st issue being RB, if Toby leaves we might need CB as well).
Nothing would make me happier but they need doctors who are more interested in helping people than making money.
Yves Bissouma at Brighton comes to mind. More aggressive/tenacious in the tackle but not as strong as Ndombele...when he wants to be. Can't believe there is not talk about it.Ndombele seems like a must. Is there someone else comparable and available? Really haven't seen us linked with anyone else with Ndombele's skillset.
Good postI think Levy has to back Poch or we lose him. Poch supposedly wants them in before they leave for their tour, so that is 4 weeks tops. I think we see something in the next 2 weeks . Would kill for Ndembele in CM/DM, an upgrade at RB (that isnt' 30 years old), and someone to replace Eriksen if he leaves (Lo Celso, Bruno Fernandes, etc. No idea if we are losing Toby or not.
Ooh, go Spaniel.Typical fucking yank. The usual intellectual comeback. We've been at this game for 600 years. Of course we know more than you. Are you a complete moron?

viens sur toi Spurs......does that translate well? Was in Disney land Paris a few weeks ago. The French security bloke shouted come on you spurs when he saw my trackie top.
Screw anyone who criticise fellow spurs fans over geography.
Brandt wanted to stay in Germany.
So unless you could persuade Levy to pick the stadium up and move it to Germany, Brandt was never coming to Spurs. And given the furore when Spurs were rumoured to be going to move to Stratford your life wouldn't be safe if you suggested moving the stadium to Germany !
Really cannot see 3 'proper' midfielders coming to us, perhaps 2 plus Sessegnon, simply because we need to fill other holes in squad/freshen up other areas. And I cannot see more than 4 first teamers arrive plus a youngster or two (Sessegnon, Clarke ?)
One of them looks to be Lo Celso, based upon considerable coverage and ITK.
I wonder if the press coverage of Bruno Fernandes is actually created by an Agent trying to push his price up as recent articles suggest ManU, Liverpool and ourselves are in a very open (ie public) race. And that rarely if ever happens - lots of press speculation of Club X is interested in Player Y, and claims of X has bid £zm, but not a blow by blow account as is happening with Fernandes. So I'm a bit sceptical of our real interest in Fernandes atm.
Rabiot is certainly not coming
But I've not heard of any heavily rumoured other midfielders (beyond the usual clickbait), except perhaps Diawara (and that's been pretty muted ). Have you ?
Pretty much all the rumours so far have been of midfielders - I expect this to change to a Llorente replacement at some stage, but that might be either a 'clever target man' or a winger/striker, the latter of course might give you another AM like player.
> implying Spurs wouldn't use the chance to have a video of Danny Rose googling 'Sessegnon', only to be confused by both Ryan and Steven coming up in the results.
> both stick their head around the door like Aurier in Lucas' medical.
