Transfers Summer 2019 transfer thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Name 10 excellent performances by Gareth Bale in the past season.

I can't he obviously wasn't committed at Real Madrid but he wouldn't be the first person to struggle at Madrid and last season they where just a shambles.

Also his injury record wouldn't be much of a worry on a loan deal. He either gets us results like he use to or he truly is washed up and we send him back not much to lose IMO

Edit. As a side note he had a combined 20goals and assists in just over 40 games last year I imagine a fair few of them off the bench also. His form dropped but so did everyone at Madrid's the talk of him being utter crap however seems a bit media frenzy

I'd say Jack Clarkes odds look relatively good, Sessegnons too.

But the tight ones like Lo Celso and Ndombele are probably just people putting quite high stakes on what were good odds based on what they have seen in the media.

Ndombele was 7/4 and after the latest news of Spurs talking to him and being close to signing him etc. - all it could have took was someone to put £50 on that to try and win £137.50 and the odds would have changed drastically following it.

I could go and put £40 on Ndombele to sign for Real Madrid right now for example and it'd win me £1000 if it were to happen. And his odds would drop considerably off the back of it
Betting on transfers just looks like a silly thing to do imo

I'd take him back in a heartbeat. Real Madrid threw him under the bus this season and made him the scapegoat for a very dysfunctional dressing room. He probably is chomping at the bit to prove everyone wrong and that could be to our benefit

Is this good? Tell me it is
It makes Bruno Fernandes look less likely, so yes.

Can't trust anyone from that league.
