If they get Upamecano, I'm genuinely concerned by them, we only skanked them for a CL spot on the last day last season, and that was with them in utter turmoil of Wenger leaving, an ownership/board restructure, a DOF coming in and leaving and them having no defence.
We've added Ndombele, they've added Cebalos, Pepe, maybe a Upamecano (and Teirney) - that's some really talented footballers in all areas.
