Transfers Summer 2019 transfer thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Lo Celso was on holiday, he wouldn't have been around the club. I have no real idea on the value but is having an inured Sessegnon around the club for three weeks (probably not travelling) worth £5-£10M?
Sessegnon is still injured, what do you mean worth 5-10m? The fee is generally been the same all summer.

Lots of media saying Dybala is agreed but that the deal is so complicated pulling the trigger on 60m might be beyond Spurs and Juve in the time left. Guess that's what you pay the lawyers for, and just maybe for once an agent will have to actually really earn his money ... icing on the cake but please get it done.

Latest gossip is that Juve pay a lump sum to Dybala in lieu of his reduced wages at Spurs.
Same swindle as Levy did with Ade and Robbie only in a lump not monthly.

So according to Marca, the financials for Lo Celso are as follows:

The loan is until 30 June 2020 and we pay €16 million. The puchase option, compulsory if we qualify for the European cup, optional if not, is a further €40 million, 80% of the total. The remaining 20% will be paid in stages, and will depend on certain targets being met. The total will therefore be around €70 million. If the targets are not met, Betis will continue to own that 20% or part thereof.

Presumably this last bit refers to them having the right to a percentage of any further sale
