Well that taught mestrange.
i think his new short term contract is very telling....
Won't be happening. Unless we rush in but then inter would want a replacement. Too short notice now. Don't like the link to Jean Jesus at all and rudiger. To anyone thinking Skriniar is still an option - you can watch him for Inter Milan in an hour.

Thought inter wanted that Fiorentina lad. You have a point if we don't get in today we won't get him this window. Inter would be suicidal letting him go tomorrowHim playing today means nothing in terms of a deal as Dias, Bruno and even Eriksen starting a day before selling have all been mentioned.
But Inter saying they won't deal on the final day probably puts this one to bed unless we agree something today.
Inter have 7 centre backs on their books anyway

If you are right (and I hope you are) then I suggest a small but sincere prayer that he stays safe and well for this match. The last thing we want is to have the deal almost done and the lad goes and gets whacked.I think it still happens , expect to hear a lot of noise after both games today and him flying in tomorrow for his medical , why announce our new striker so early if we had all our business done for the window? He can’t play until after the international break anyway so if he was out last signing I think he would have got announced tomorrow once his work permit is sorted , hence we are still going to be trying to add another player and that is Skriniar!
I never got this fear about a player getting injured prior to a move, no different from getting injured in their first game for a new club - on top of all this, injured players are signed all the time as a medical only checks for more long term issuesIf you are right (and I hope you are) then I suggest a small but sincere prayer that he stays safe and well for this match. It's not a fear as such, more of a concern, it would be nice if he arrived fit , well, eager and able to play immediately.I never got this fear about a player getting injured prior to a move, no different from getting injured in their first game for a new club - on top of all this, injured players are signed all the time as a medical only checks for more long term issues

Do you genuinely believe signing a player on a 5 year deal is affected by him being injured for a month? Personally I don’t even think it would knock a million of his price tagIt's not a fear as such, more of a concern, it would be nice if he arrived fit , well, eager and able to play immediately.
