My partner is Finnish and I spend a few months there every year.
Very well educated nation with almost everyone under 50 speaking English to a higher standard than you will find at a Tottenham game.

Would like us to sign Pukki personally. I have to watch every Norwich game purely because of him, while being reminded of their sporting achievements per 100,000 population.
Seems like a hard working lad without an ego.

You're probably right, I'm from the north of Sweden, used to work during summer break in the late 80s and early 90s at a touristic place. Lot of Finnish families there. Their English skills back then were terrible, but I guess you're right, much has happened in 30 years. Plus Swedes and Finns have a certain relationship, probably goes back a long time. But I realise this is not a place for that kind of joking until there are actual Finnish people in here.

Can't remember if I watched that game, I've watched so many lately, but like I said, I don't think his game outside the box is all that from the bits and bobs I've seen, he'll bump the CB's about a bit I think, but he's a real bundle of nuisance in it.

Atalanta are a real system club, I can't remember seeing one quite like this in Serie A (although I guess some would argue that once upon time most clubs in Serie were system clubs? but those systems were much more pragmatic) you look at a bunch of their players and individually you wouldn't necessarily call many of the "top drawer" but Gasperini has them doing things with and without the ball that's making them so much more than the sum of their parts. There's some interesting recruitment, and academy integration going on as well in recent years, they are a bit like the RBL of Serie A I think.

On the flipside, why go to Everton....Trajectory says S'oton will have a better season next year anyway... Hardly us or City is it?

Reading your original post with a Swedish accent gives it a very different tone to be fair.
The 2nd game I took my partner to was the North London Derby, which I could only compare with Finland vs Sweden at Ice Hockey.

Both are nations I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in

If Watford go down. I think he would be an excellent addition as an AMF. I know we have Stevie but I prefer D. to Lamela and Winks. If Ndom doesn't come good, he would be a perfect replacement.
