You hate Levy, we all know that.
Perhaps read what's actually posted... just an idea.

Actually, indifferent would be more accurate. I see him for what he is.

You, on the other hand

Levy, you're a total legend.

Wilson for 10M is a brilliant bit of business if we can do it.
Must be a relegation clause for that price, hopefully brooks has one

No problem for the Chavs to stump up for Werner, despite a £97 million loss in their most recent financial statements and an owner who’s had his visa revoked and has been kicked out of the UK. Nothing to look at here though. It’s all Financial Fair Play compliant.

Chelsea will have to "comply" with FFP same as anyone and they don't have any inflated related sponsorship either.

Couple of things might help them though, they sold Hazard and were banned from buying anyone for a season. Now clubs are also getting some kind of free hit in this years FFP accounting too I think. Bare in mind that FFP examines accounts on a rolling 3 years basis, so Chelsea have effectively got a two year freebee maybe kind of......

And Abramovich.

But maybe we also didn't want to take the risk that he was actually really good and a bigger club would have snapped him up etc.

We won the competition in signing him against PSG. Which makes me very excited at the time.

But when he turns out to be a disappointment for us, i did watch his 31 goals clip again and found out none of his goals are impressive. Almost exclusively a poacher goals without any eloquent technique behind it. Which i completely missed on the first sitting. Its all about context and how you presumed stuff before digesting any content isnt it.

Bournemouth are apparently paying him 110k a week. :pochshock:

Llorente was on about the same. I think there would be a lot of clubs in for him at that price so we’d have to pay that level of wage to get him, which I agree is a negative.

It seems like a no brainer to me. He had a poor season like everyone else at Bournemouth, but maybe was effected by not getting his big move last summer (when Chelsea wanted him).

If his knees aren’t completely shot and that is the reason for his tail off in form he ticks a lot of boxes for us. We could send them Parrott on loan as a sweetener too perhaps?
