Havertz to Chelsea
Hahahaha we are fucked. This club was right there and pissed it away
Then you realise they have a shite defence and goalkeeper and will once again be fighting to get 4th place again next season.

This is something that enrages me - all that money spent on the new training ground and stadium, but zero indication we're interested in overhauling our (let's be perfectly honest here) 'patchy' recruiting department.
It can't be that expensive to do. Hell, it probably pays for itself after one successful player purchase and flip for profit from a random european league. It's bizarre. Like Levy thinks we should have all the real estate to become 'elite' yet neglect to do everything in his power regarding our playing staff.
I agree but if Jose wants him and has a plan I wouldn't say no
ENIC in v ENIC out is the most tiring argument. There is no end to it. Because both sides are kinda right.
Levy is a big reason for the club's progression. But his ways also hold us back in some instances.
Arguing in circles about it is useless.
Gutting it really is. If it wasn’t hard enough breaking the top 4, it’s now going to be near enough impossible. Liverpool and City are obviously on a different planet, but add a quality Chelsea side that are buying some unbelievable players, plus a very strong United side who bought brilliantly in Fernandes, we literally have no chance. Chelsea are buying absolute quality, whilst we are being linked to Troy Deeney. Utterly depressing.
Chilwell and Diop will sort that out - they're streets ahead of us nowThen you realise they have a shite defence and goalkeeper and will once again be fighting to get 4th place again next season.
They shat on their own plate out of greed and myopia - there is no excuse of that and will never beYep. That’s when Levy well and truly messed up all the hard work the club had built.
Top six yes probably
Until such time as Levy steps back from negotiating transfers, it barely matters what sort of talent exists in our recruitment department. You don't get that kind of palaver at Liverpool, where Michael Edwards goes about his business very smoothly. This is something that enrages me - all that money spent on the new training ground and stadium, but zero indication we're interested in overhauling our (let's be perfectly honest here) 'patchy' recruiting department.

Beginning of the end..
I'm surprised we haven't asked what Greaves availability is at this rate, we are looking for a low budget striker because another decent one won't come here and play back up to Kane is a mystery to me.Gutting it really is. If there is something slightly reassuring, it's that all the noises we've heard from the club indicate José has a realistic list of transfer targets and (whether due to his weekly written reports on the squad or otherwise), we've got a Liverpool-style order of targets for each position in need and we can simply work down that rather than let a deal run until deadline day and find ourselves caught short.Frustrating for sure....
I'd like to think now Jose is settled we go about doing it this year having neglected to rebuild it all in favour of Poch.
Strange that when Jose arrived there was lots of noise about a DOF, but now nothing.....
So levy had nothing to do with the club or the previous good workYep. That’s when Levy well and truly messed up all the hard work the club had built.
Yes but their CEO has a different policy to ours so we should feel lucky.Until such time as Levy steps back from negotiating transfers, it barely matters what sort of talent exists in our recruitment department. Who’s the perfect guy to identify the replacement for Aurier? Why it’s Hitchen, the man who identified Aurier. What could go wrong? This is something that enrages me - all that money spent on the new training ground and stadium, but zero indication we're interested in overhauling our (let's be perfectly honest here) 'patchy' recruiting department.
