Over coached player that now has zero confidence. He could have been developed into a really bright ball playing number 8 but by hook or by crook, Pochettino was hell bent on playing him and developing him into a deep lying, safety first defensive midfielder. One of his biggest mistake's player development wise during his time her IMO.
