I really despise the way you talk about some of our players. As if they are your slaves and owe their lives to you. Winks isn't good enough to play for Spurs - for that, given that he is a local lad and fan, I feel absolutely gutted for him. But he is a professional footballer a million times beyond that which you or I could ever be, and he seems like a nice lad too. Are you at the peak of your physical fitness? Do you give everything in every task that you do? Is he 'lazy' or 'a coward' when compared to you, me, or many others on here?

Winks is a Spurs through and through lad who sadly isn't good enough to play for us. We should feel sorry for him for that, and wish him all the best best at another club, not hurl insults at him. What kind of a Spurs fan does that to a player who loves the club but just isn't quite good enough? :/ :(
Had all the respect to him up until he went ratting to the rags - period. Under 2 different managers, mind you. Hugo even exposed him and his mates in that Zagreb interview - no comeback, mate

I don't recall Hugo calling Winks soft, lazy, a coward or (god forbid) a cunt. Is that really the level of venom we want to subject our own players to? Any one of those insults alone might be possible to defend, but when you line them up together it's unreasonably scathing, well for me anyway. With fans like this, no wonder players seem reluctant to sign for us. :(

Should do, but with Inter’s financial problems I think there might be an opportunity.
What on earth makes you think that Lukaku would want to sign for us? There are far more successful clubs that would snap him up if he became available. As fans we really need to stop thinking of players as products you can just select from a shelf at Tesco, and instead recognise them as human beings with their own minds and goals. This is not a computer game.

He didn't.

I'm in a knot figuring out who would be the better choice between Lautaro and Vlahovic if Kane is sold.
You said Vlahovic a few days ago, what’s changed your mind?

I think he’s the easier option to get. Lautaro nearly went to Barca 2 years ago, he may want to stay at Inter until Barca financially recover.
Inter do have pressure to sell, but they’ve just rejected a €100m bid for Lukaku.

I would choose Vlahovic. Has the aura of a guy who's going to be a 20+ goal per season striker. Scored 21 (with pens) for the PL's equivelant of Palace last year. I just think he'll be a super player.

Lautaro is really good though, and a bit more proven because he's done it for a while longer and has more international pedigree. Links well, works hard, misses a lot of chances but often creates the situations from which they come. Plays in a much better team than Vlahovic, they scored 42 goals more than Fiorentina last season. Martinez has something like 130 shots to Vlahovic's 80. Martinez played up top with one of the world's form players in Lukaku.

Lautaro might fit in quicker, has the Romero/Gio link, might be more of a seamless transition? But I just have a feel for Vlahovic. We'd need to buy some chance creation though.

We have already Lo Celso and soon Romero . Paritici can do it.

He's a player with a massive ego and he'll believe he belongs at a much bigger club than us. I also read an article pretty recently where he stated he would prefer a move to Spain than England should he leave Inter, for the usual reasons South American's give. We have no Champions League football, no chance of competing for the league and are set to lose our best player. We'll need more than our director of football and a couple of Argentines in the club to sign him, or anyone else of his sort of quality.
