Born and raised in Newham according to his Wikipedia. Which seems to be a West Ham area but there may be some Spurs around there as well I guess.

His contract is until 2023 as well so it should be doable.

EDIT: Turns out he has the same agent/representatives as Bale, Davies and Rodon. A firm that Levy enjoys working with. This should definitely be doable if the links are true.

I also saw that the same agent has Nick Pope on their roster. Time to butter them up if Hugo leaves.

I think the best signing we could make would be Kounde from Sevilla. Think he'll be a top 5 CB for the next decade. Would be asking a lot to edge out Madrid/Barca/United though who'll all probably look to sign him in the next two years.

I think if we made one signing this summer and made it a CB many people would be in for a big disappointment next season regarding midfield and attack

Sign a top bracket AM or CM though and I could see big improvements all over the pitch.

Defend by attacking and all that

Doubt we will ship our Aurier he has been mostly ok this season since having competition for his spot and he would make a reasonable back up. Also Lamela will be hard to shift due to his injury record, not sure who would take him.
