Don't believe so. Where did you read otherwise?

Very interesting, cheers.
From what you're saying he seems exciting, but is he a player we need right now? We have Lo Celso and Ndombele who are creative attacking mids, and we have many who can play LW.
Surely our priority should be a goalscoring RW?
Yeah, agree in a way, unless we plan to use a 4-4-2 or 3-5-2. But then, Gio and Ndombele are notoriously incapable of completing games and if we play 4-3-3 / 4-2-3-1 we'll need a suitable replacement for them in games.

Raphina, Neto, Bailey(sold), Faivre(?) ... but the game can be played in many ways and isn't dependant on left footers cutting in from the right and shooting. Maybe Gil will get game time there and impress. Hard to know, should be an interesting few weeks.

Regarding Joe Hart...
I see now that he's sold all he gets are childish, derisory, and derogative comments, insults and jokes about him.
Is there no regard at all for a player like Hart who always behaved as a pro and never complained about being a sub (well, he did not have reason to complain but still players bitch about it) and who Alex Whiteman praised for the help he's gotten from him...

Fans demand loyalty from players yet they have no qualms about coming with shitty insults of all kinds about Spurs players they don't fancy...

Been hearing this romero deal is close now for over a week now. Did we start negotiations a year ago and are we haggling over 10p?

This was him in action when negotiations started...

Jorge Sánchez would be followed by Everton and Tottenham, as well as other European teams, after his participation in the Tokyo Olympics. The Mexican side could be the next talent to emigrate to the old continent.

I know Paratici was Italy based and therefore signing player from that country, but there must be plenty of bargains in France as their new billion euro tv deal collapsed last year, leaving them with less then they had the year before.
Virtually all the clubs need money but we seem to be ignoring that market.
Any fucking wonder after the dogshit we tend to pick up from there.

THE LATEST: SPURS EYE ASENSIO

As per this latest report, Tottenham want to bring Asensio to north London.

A bid of £34m is believed to be enough to capture his services, although Woolwich and Liverpool are also believed to be in pursuit of the Spaniard.
