Yeh, at one point it was reported that they wanted a 50% sell-on which is ludicrous!

Also, inserting a CL qualification clause for a club already in the CL is bogus too.

Read something similar somewhere. Something like a 50% sell on clause. Stupid. If that’s the case, this one could either drag on until late in the window-or not get done

I don't even think it's the "couple of million quid" that's the issue. From reports it seems like the add-ons that Boro want are just ridiculous. I don't know what they are, but if it's something along the lines of a 50% sell-on clause of the nominal fee of a future transfer (as I said, ridiculous), then yeah, I would be haggling over that. Because that could be double-digit millions, not just a couple.
No one reported a 50% sell-on clause. I just brought it up in a post as a far-fetched example of a ridiculous add-on.

Decent signing, I'm underwhelmed.

it doesn't catapult them in front of us.

Ake to follow, again not the best. Talk is De Ligt fancies Bayern.

Even if they they get Rapinha they'll be lacking a central striker? Ronaldo doesn't scare me at all if he goes there.

We're coming for these fuckers

When money heals the wound.....

We're definitely much closer with Rudiger and Christensen leaving. Until we have a season in which we at least split our tie with them, and finish ahead of them in the table, I won't say it though- 'better than Chelsea' is something you do, not something you talk about. I do think this year, is that year, however...
The point I was very poorly making was saying Spurs would do well but rubbishing the person who had the opinion . It kind of read, this twat thinks Spurs are gonna finish above Chelsea , what does this clown know

And rightfully so. So much money and they choose to dress like clowns. Money doesn’t buy taste
It arguably negates it...

Boris Johnson's refurbishment of his gaff, courtesy of the British tax payer. All of these things cost many thousands of pounds. Most of us wouldn't give them house room.
