I recall saying that if he was always going to me MIA and/or injured, we may as well send him back. Thankfully, unlike GLC, he sorted that out pretty quick.
I definitely wanted GLC sent back. He barely played for about 6 months after he signed.

He picks up one yellow every three games (2021/2022 season). As an example Van Dijk one yellow every ten.
Romero has had just one season with us (twenty two PL games).
Too small a sample i guess, but he is learning a new league, in a new country and is under a manager who insists in aggressive play and pressing.
I don't see that he will have as many yellows in so few games this new season, but for sure Conte won't want to lose his style of play.
