Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

So currently

Emerson, Spence and Doherty for 1 position

Perisic and Sessegnon for 1 position

Romero, Dier, Davies, Sanchez, Lenglet, Tanganga for 3 positions

Hojbjerg, Bissouma, Bentancur, Skipp, Sarr for 2 positions

Kane, Richarlison, Son, Kulusevski, Lucas, Gil for 3 positions

25 man squad (including 3 gk's)

Very balanced i'd say. Think we could probably afford to ship out Doherty without replacement (and at a absolute push maybe Tanganga as well) but the rest is dependent on a replacement coming in so i totally understand Conte's stance of replacing Gil should he leave.

Wolves have signed Sasa Kalajdiz today so that must mean Traore is imminent to Spurs... 😆

No way we can afford to lose Japh without a replacement. We always play a back 3 and Romero is injury prone, we need to be able to rotate all 3 CB positions. If Japh left with no replacement and Romero got a big injury then at least 2 of our CBs would have to play every single game.

Gattuso said (via TMW):

“For Bryan it’s done, Tottenham told us that 90-99% it is closed. two or three days, Spurs told us that before they let him go they must take a substitute. We are waiting for Tottenham to acquire a player in that role.”
If it's not 100% at the end of Thursday Gil will be coming back to us.

If rumors are true and Atleti would expect 60 mil for Carrasco then - and I repeat myself - we'd be better off signing no one than doing panic buy, overpay and take long-term commitment for player that will have little or no value.

60 mil for Carrasco would be worse overpaying than Isak and even Anthony, given that he is soon 29 and his output is really limited...
I'm very sure that there is no way will pay 60 million or anything close to it.

The Romero video was made three weeks ago and they release it today. I feel we are done. This transfer window at the moment is a 5/10 that could turn into 7/10 if Spence and Lenglet have an impact on the season. The fact is we have not addressed our major weakness at Center back and are still going to be relying on Dier and Davies way too much especially since neither has brilliant distribution.

The fact is if I was Conte I would be very unhappy with the club because we have done the bare minimum to back him. We were promised more at the start of the summer with the 150m investment, we did not get what we were promised.

Who promised you what exactly?

Perhaps I've missed something..... Got any links?

But you’re not Conte, and it’s clear he’s not unhappy.

No we’ve not done the ‘bare minimum’ to back him.

It’s at least a 7/10 window right now, maybe more.

You’re entitled to your view but I’m also entitled to tell you that your opinion makes you sound like a spoilt 8 year old bratt who cheats on football manager games to give an unlimited budget and to sign any player you like at the click of a button, and then expects the real Football world to operate in the same way.

Big fuckin’ yawn.

'I really wish some of us would wake up. I’m not happy, and don’t buy everything the club wants us to believe. Sorry for being so blunt.'

From that Hercules bloke. Which I think we can all take to mean that Conte is absolutely delighted & everyone is extremely happy.
