How much better will he make them really?

Its good for all of them. Haaland will have a lot less individual defensive attention focused on him in the City team rather than the Dortmund team which should really open his game. I feel like he gets marked out a lot when I've seen him lately. Also he appears to be playing conservatively to avoid injury, which makes sense in a contract year. He also will get a lot better chances from a technically superior side like City. City will get a young, still mouldable, immensely physical player that will give them a true striker and target man to help convert their technical dominance into goals.

Tottenham transfer news: Antonin Barak decision looms as £17m man attracts big Serie A suitor

Napoli have joined Tottenham in the transfer hunt for Hellas Verona midfielder Antonin Barak this summer, according to a report.

Spurs are facing a pivotal end to the season, with their Champions League fate sure to affect their deal hopes. Antonio Conte’s side sit fifth in the Premier League, four points behind Woolwich.

Manager Conte reportedly wants as many as six new signings to bolster his team ahead of next season.

And his midfield has subsequently become a key area of attention. Tottenham signed Rodrigo Bentancur from Juventus in January and he has proved a solid addition so far.

According to Corriere della Sera, Spurs are still in the hunt for Verona’s attacking midfielder Barak.

However, several Premier League teams are eyeing a raid on the Serie A club. What’s more, Bundesliga sides – which the report does not name – are also keen.

But Czech Republic international Barak could yet stay in Italy, with Napoli furthermore becoming a potential transfer suitor for him.

There is doubt as to whether Spanish star Fabian Ruiz will stay in Naples, hence the interest in Barak.

I'm sure our prospects of signing all these guys will be galvanized by a last minute effort on the last day of the window

He must be hearing "voices" then

Richard Keys has claimed that he keeps hearing that a sensational deal to take Romelu Lukaku to Tottenham Hotspur and Harry Kane to Chelsea to help build an English spine at the Blues could be in the works.

Former Sky Sports anchor Keys has claimed that he keeps hearing about a possible player-exchange deal between Chelsea and Spurs in which Lukaku moves to Tottenham and Kane to Stamford Bridge.

Keys explained that if Antonio Conte remains in his current post and fancies working again with Lukaku, his former charge at a Serie A winning Inter side, Spurs could look to snap him up from Chelsea, while offering Kane in exchange, which would also help the Blues to recompose their squad in the way they want to.
Aren´t the editor ashamed to put out such drivel?

They will win the lot
We can never beat them for a while
Even without Haaland at Man City it would take a while before Spurs could compete with them. They still need a new LCB, LB and CMF though....which I am sure they will get.
They are apparently looking at Gvardiol, Theo Hernandez and Frenkie de Jong to fill those 3 spots. And if they manage to sign all 3 plus Haaland...

Will be fun to watch the media try to drum up the Kane to United rumours this summer.

Like he would be any better off at that shower than at Spurs!

Other than City (before the Halaand signing) only PSG felt like a viable option to me but I don't see him leaving England.

KANE IS A YID FOR LIFE

That's like, over 100 million pounds spent on centre backs in a single window.

New top LCB, Dier, Romero is a very good back 3. We have other priorities and limited funds.

Pau would most likely be £10m or plus Lo Celso and we also have to sell Sanchez and Rodon who both had suitors last summer. It would be more likely if we got Pau and another CB about 30-40m net.

The goalkeeper spot right now is not a priority as Lloris has extended his contract until 2023 but then he'll turn 37 then. Yes, he may have 1 or 2 years still left in him as a top goalie... but Spurs should start looking for a replacement now...

Here's my list of candidates (sure, there may be someone I have forgotten...)
