Typically only if you're considered a danger or a 'flight' risk.

With Bissouma I think we need to let events unfold. But the timing to come to an end is uncertain, as the series of legal processes (criminal, CIB and civil law) took years.

I think we'll make 3-4 big money signings, the likes of Bastoni. We'll pay the £51m for him because we want to show we'll back Conte.

Bastoni, rwb and a striker is where I can see us spending big.
Kostic or Perisic for lwb. £12m at the most.
Centre mid - Bissouma is £30m. Eriksen is a free.
Forster is free.
