With Bentancur, Kulusevski, and Romero looking like reliable long term pieces, I don't think we're that far away from having a really competitive team.

- Replace Winks with another dynamic central midfielder in Conte's mould and bring back Sarr
- Quality RWB who can score and create needed, Doherty or Emerson fine as rotation
- Attacking player who can both play or rotate with Kane, Depay or someone in that mould would work well

But he's more of an CAM, and Conte doesn't use such type of players (often) in his system. If/when Spurs do buy another CM it should an an allrounder, while in attack, Spurs need striker/forwards (be is CF or WF)...to fit into Conte's present system.
