Transfers Summer 2022 Transfer Thread.

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Boubacar Kamara on a free in the summer would be the perfect Winks replacement this summer. Could also play rcb or cb in the three. Very interested to see how he'd progress under the right coach. Great option to give us depth in quality over the coming years.

It's legitimate to say that our club's standard should be to take the word of victims seriously and err on the side of caution when signing players who may have especially unsavoury characters.
Let's take the precautionary principle and not try to associate ourselves with Bissouma. It is our reputation at stake after all.
You have to have the rule of law mate. It can't be on us to play moral arbiter at potentially the cost of innocent people. I can not stress how important due process is.

The Greenwood redherring is just that because some of the 'evidence' was public domain. This is not the forum for this conversation but I'm really supprised you can't get that until his day in court (and intresting that he is still playing unlike Siggurdson, I wish hadn't against us BTW) we behave with a presumption of innocence, hence why folk quite rightly can talk potentially transfer target.

I really think it’s stupid to get bale and Eriksen again, it’s purely emotional. Would Liverpool be better off bringing suarez back when they signed diogo jota?Or instead of getting luis Diaz this January getting Coutinho back because nobody wants him?

We need young players. Guys who want to prove a point.
IF - I repeat IF - Bale is ready to play for a huge pay cut and be a bench player (which he's been for the last 3 years anyway) and he's as fit as when he plays for Wales then I would consider getting him back for 1-2 seasons.
He sure wants to play for Wales in the WC this year so he needs to get fit but he does not want to run the risk of getting injured before the WC and thus miss it.
So I doubt his mind will be in the "right" place ...

Bale should had stayed with us this season. But he couldn’t be arsed I’m afraid. He’s done with club football at high level.

With Gladbach having collapsed after Rose and their sporting director left (currently sitting 11th in the Bundesliga), perhaps we could make some smart purchases from there.

Their front trio of Thuram, Embolo and Plea are all exciting. Thuram was great last season, and working with Conte could possibly elevate him back to his previous two seasons standard. And he is only 24 so he has years left to improve as well. If Bergwijn leaves he would be a good rotation piece for Son as the striker making runs off of Kane. Not to mentioning having the size to also function comfortably as a central striker.

Embolo is a physical powerhouse who we could probably use like Conte used Lukaku at Inter as well. And Plea does what Thuram does but on the right flank.

As for Bremer, he would be a statement signing the same way Romero is
And what statement would that be? That we like to blow tons'o money on bulls in the china shop?

And GOAT GOAT , I've watched Evan Ndicka for a few years now and I've found it very hard to get beyond my first impression of his shit given name. Just sayin.

Tottenham Hotspur does not threaten the rule of law, ya daft cunt. It should just decide not to employ some cunt it has reason to believe may be a sexual predator.
