Kulu will still be with us so it makes zero difference when we buy him, which we will.
To all intents and purposes, he’s ours.

Imagine criticising a club for the economicaly beneficial decision of not overpaying for a backup GK.Isn't he on something like £80k a week at southampton?
I'm not surprised. We should pay him whatever we want and he should be thankful for it at this stage of his career, which I expect he probably is. It's an unnecessary shit stirring tweet.
Are any of the targets we're linked with good at getting free kicks on target? We've been so non-threatening in that area for what feels like forever. Think that would be massive.
It was.... for the 2023/24 edition.
I would guess it depends on the struture of the other deals. Leaving it open keeps options. Funds for transfers that are only possible as direct buys due to willingness of the buyer, but if there are options for any loan-to-buys we could still free up the loan spot by triggering the option, if it is possible at any time during the window..This makes sense. Keep him on the loan for next season and buy him outright once he makse 20 appearances. Opens up for more money to spend this summer.
I won't pretend to have watched him a lot, but having watched him in the Europa final, I did have some concerns so maybe someone who has seen him more can break down.
His number of assists are impressive, however the commentator said he was first in the number of crosses into the box during the Europa campaign, but watching his crosses they were often hit blindly and almost constantly. So are his numbers actually good, or is it just a reflection of the shear number of balls he pumps into the box?
He also seemed to lack composure overall, he seemed to be their main attacking threat but was pretty rash with his decisions and shooting.
It was a final, so in fairness to him I imagine the occasion played a part but overall I didn't come away thinking he was a sign at all costs type of player.
If the intention was to rotate between him, and Sessengnon then I think it would be a fantastic signing for a comparatively cheap fee.
I may need to reconsider my initial no
Normally it's a 3-4-1-2 when Conte was there with Eriksen in the 2nd season. The midfielders have like levels. So when Inter were defending or on the transition, Eriksen would drop down to CM, Barrella would drop to CDM, and Brozovic would position between the CB. With Inzaghi, Barrella plays a lot further up the pitch, and Calhanoglu plays a little further back than Eriksen did. The WB are still as attacking as ever, Dumfries has scored a great amount of headed goals this season and Perisic is a winger coverted to a wing-back.ok
How does Inter's 352 line up ? Is one of the CM's really an AM ? Is one of the CB's a part time CM etc
I would take Ward Prowse quite happily , fits the bill and is home grown. Are any of the targets we're linked with good at getting free kicks on target? We've been so non-threatening in that area for what feels like forever. Think that would be massive.

Ahhh quality wingbackIt’s when she tickles your frenulum with her tongue with her arms behind her back
It's a back up Keeper mate.
I'd love to know who realistically get you excited for that position?
Watch games instead of statsCan you define, what does "he held it together for us" ? Given that he failed to score or provide an assist within 11 first league games? Is just running around a bit enough to be qualified as "holding things together"? Is that the main attacking players job in your eyes?
Cause what concerns actual output - you know, goals which win you games - his only productive spell this season was after Conte arrived when in games nr12-16 he scored 2 goals and assisted 4. Which means his contribution for remainder of 33 games was 0 goals + 3 assists.
