Not that keen on Lamptey - he's too injury-prone and too expensive. And I am also concerned about his lack of height, 163 cm, as a defender. Besides, if he opts to play for Ghana he'll miss even more games on top of his injuries.
I'd put Perisic (he is a right-footer) as an RBW and for the same money that Lamptey would cost, buy a top-quality LWB, f.ex.Marc Cucurella ; José Ángel Angeliño or David Raum.
He could be world class. His end product is excellent which is unusual for someone so quick. Injuries are a concern but I think his ability offsets the dwarfism for me anyway. Could be right re: Conte but you can carry a few smaller players, especially if we are bringing in 6ft+ers like Bissouma and Bastoni to the 11
