Yeah I think you're spot on- have a feeling Doherty Spence will be our 2 RWB options, with the option of Perisic as RWB cover as he is two footed.

Perisic- LWB
Jesus- CF/RW
Bissouma/JWP- CM
Spence- RWB

Still seems somewhat underwhelming to go with Doherty/Spence for the season if you factor in Perisic/Bastoni/new CM coming into the starting XI. RWB would stand out as the only meh position.
I know Doherty had a good spell but I'm not ready to say he should be the starting wingback for a PL/CL competing team.
He has been einger his whole career. But he exploded as wingback last season
I think I saw him once thrown on as a RWB or right wing I forget in a game and he looked good. Wonder if Conte will still get Kostic and maybe use Perisic in the RWB role.
My hope is that this hasn’t put Inter’s nose out of joint so they don’t want to deal with us on a CB deal.

You're right, but there aren't any great options on the market at RWB like LWB.
Eg Perisic was stand out for Inter this season, while Kostic was best player for EL winners.
They need money for Bremer and debt apparently so you hope it is just business is business.

They bought Gosens as long term Perisic replacement at LWB; and our Bastoni deal could help them tie up Bremer. I'm not too concerned by Inter getting angry.
Totally versatile as well like Milner but much better.

Not really. He’s been on the left side his whole career. No chance that he’ll play RWB.
