The itk oracles on SC are saying they expect Eriksen to come to Spurs from what they've been told made up.

Rumours that Lukaku is prepared to cut his salary by 50% to move back to Inter, who sold him to Chelsea for almost 100m last year ....... but Inter do not have money to pay a fee anything like 100m to re-sign him.

As Inter seem to have almost signed Dybala (free transfer, big salary) ..... so what happens to Martinez with 2 strikers arriving and Inter needing to sell ......?

Eriksen moving to United makes no sense because they're pretty much where we were 3 years ago when he wanted to leave us. We're everything he wanted to leave us for now. If he chooses United over us, I would say he's making an unequivocal statement that the only thing he ever cared about was money.
TBF he was pretty clear before he ever came to Spurs to begin with that football was a vehicle for life experience to him. More money to play for the most decorated club, or second most decorated club, in the world would fit with that. Even if they're shit now.

Not too bothered either way, honestly. If he wants to come back, cool. If not, whatever.

Martinez, Lukaku and Dybala will be their front 3 I guess.

Must be a slow news day for Romano because this info about Lukaku is old

Lukaku is such a prick, honestly

Another funny talking point from today is Woolwich fans saying they don’t need Bissouma because they have Partey. Bissouma is 10 times the player Partey is. They overrate their players so much because their team is so shit that average players look world class.

They do the same with Saka. Absolutely average player who let his country down but with the other wingers they have he looks competent.

Partey and Tierney would be decent players if they could stay fit but crocks are useless to a squad.

Since both are guaranteed to miss 40% of games per season they simply can't be considered top players regardless of their contribution in the 60% they play.

IDK tbh, much as I hate to compliment any of their players Saka is probably the most naturally talented player to come out of their academy in years, I feel players like Partey, Martinelli, White and Smith-Rowe get smoke blown up their arses unjustly in the media but if there's one of theirs I wouldn't mind having been a Spurs graduate it's Saka. Hoping he ends up knifing them in the back on a free in search of CL glory 2-3 years down the line. As is tradition for them :levylol:
