I don't think we'll sign either Raphina or Richarlison
It will be someone completely out of the blue

I read earlier he had 30 goal involvements. Thats amazing for Leicester. Does come across as a proper twat thoughNo idea who that is. Would take Maddison all day long, last season his level went up 2-3 notches, can do pretty much everything now in midfield.

That's true, of course, but if Hakimi could force their hand by insisting to be sold. But then he's most probably end up at Real M. or going back to Inter, anyway. I am sure he would not throw a "tantrum" so he could join SpursPSG are not an easy club to deal with. They will not sell one of their best players at this point in their rebuild.
I have to say I’ve never been that impressed with Richarlison and the prices quoted seem mad. But if the scouts and Conte think he’s right that’s cool. Maddison on other hand I feel guarantees goals and assists. Can probably play in top 3 or midfield 3 tooTrue it’s like the whole Richarlison debate though with his dark arts. Do you accept it or not, he would improve us IMO and he would enable us to play 352 like Conte normally plays.
I'm not disagreeing with you on Joe Hart the player. But he wasn't was he Stevee, he wasn't a good back up keeper for cup games. He was a waste of wages. Erratic positionally suspect and easily beaten. We ma as well have promoted Whiteman who is better than him now untested though he was. Also he had one very vocal poster did indeed use the word coup.
Below, the Marca article is the reason why there are rumors about Hakimi wanting to leave PSG. Whether they're true or not I cannot say. I'd say no more than £55-60m if PSG were willing to sell.
Gvardiol would cost closer to £75m+ if any club wants him - because, as you said, he's got potential, and because Leipzig are in no need to cash in . They €18.80m for him just a year ago and now he's worth 4 times that

The reason why Achraf Hakimi wants to leave PSG after one year

The 2021/22 season will likely go down as a failure for Paris Saint-Germain, even if they do still go on to win the Ligue 1 title. The environment at the French club is not positive at the moment and this could even see significant changes come in the summer.
Those changes could involve Achraf Hakimi. He was one of the few star signings that PSG actually paid a transfer fee for in the summer of 2021, shelling out around 67 million euros to Inter, but the full-back could be ready to leave the Parc des Princes after just one season.
According to French journalist Daniel Riolo, who spoke on RMC Sport, Hakimi is "freaking out" and wants to leave the club, with the South American contingent in the dressing room no longer even speaking to him.
While the 23-year-old Moroccan's form has been up and down this season, he is one of the younger players in the squad and one for the future.
PSG surely won't want to let him go, especially so soon after arriving, and could force him to stay, since he has a contract until 2026. Other players have found out in the past that leaving PSG is easier said than done.
A change in coach could convince Hakimi
It is believed that Hakimi's frustrations largely come from the way he is being used under Mauricio Pochettino. But, a change of coach could be coming in the summer and that might convince Hakimi to stay and take on the 2022/23 season with a fresh mindset.
If not, and if PSG do agree to sell, there would be several clubs interested in this attack-minded player who has shown flashes of brilliance at Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Inter and PSG. The raw talent is there and that means his value is still sky high.

Conte has always used to the 5-2-3 formation so far at Spurs - because he's a pragmatic person. All 3 forwards, Son, Kane & Kulu, performed very well last season. So why would he change that this season? And why would he invest in Kulusevski rather than in a CAM if he had wanted to change the formation that he also used before he got Kulusevski?True it’s like the whole Richarlison debate though with his dark arts. Do you accept it or not, he would improve us IMO and he would enable us to play 352 like Conte normally plays.
Yeah i wasn't happy when he was first linked because he's all part of that knobbish Grealish, Alli crew that dress and act like they're 15 years old but Maddisons numbers are pretty amazing, 25 and homegrown. Allows for a different system and takes a mean set piece.I read earlier he had 30 goal involvements. Thats amazing for Leicester. Does come across as a proper twat though

Inter also have several South American players while Hakimi played there, and he didn't have any problems with that. Not all South American "cliques" are the same in every club.Could be a problem as we have south americans here too, they wouldn't talk to each other.
This all goes to shit if they sign Neymar on loan. A real crossroads moment.Yeah I think they will get top 6. With all the talk of their ample funds they actually invested really well in January and we’re quite strategic. Improved in key areas and combined a bit of flair from abroad with trusted proven PL experience. Pope is a sensible purchase too for their current level
I reckon we could probably stretch to £216 a week tbhHakimi's wages are £216/week at PSG. High, but not completely un-doable if our wage structure is increasing.
Hakimi would likely have to force his way out of Paris, which it doesn't sound like he's been willing to do. We saw last summer how willing PSG are to let their assets go because they're unhappy (Poch).

So, why did he insist on buying a wide forward, Kulusevski, rather than a CAM, if he preferred 5-3-2?He didn’t have a choice last season we had only two working midfielders. For Inter and Chelsea he mostly used 3 CB’s, 3 CM’s, 2 WB’s and 2 strikers.
He may opt to keep the 343/523 he used with us but if he has a full squad there is no reason he might not switch to his other system.
Keeping him from Woolwich should enter the question, we should be ready to pay a premium unlike if it was a race with Barcelona.
I reckon we could probably stretch to £216 a week tbh
It would likely mean some belt tightening for the following 10 years to ensure the finances remain stable though
