Possibly it’s just a risk. Raphinha and Richarlison carry little risk and Conte isn’t a project manager.
He is here to win the title and this transfer window we need to buy a squad capable of winning the title, he is not here for 4th place and taking lots of cheaper transfer punts. Conte is a chance we may not get again ever or for a long time.
