Player x has been linked. Some people think he will transform us, others think he's crap & won't fit the PL, he's x clubs star player so we're preparing a transfer package which includes Harry Winks, a packet of twiglets & Onomah's clone.

Between a loan and £20m is a hell of a compromise.
20/25m would be a good price for Winks. Also think he'll do pretty well at Everton.

I do think you're being a tad harsh. He's good technically, a hard worker & has top level experience. Sure players like him are ten a penny in foreign leagues, but getting said players to come over and adapt is another issue.
