Raphinha, permanent contact Leeds-Woolwich.
The clubs are making progress on the deal. No full agreement yet, but the parties continue to move closer.
At the moment the Gunners are in pole position.

If that pic in your profile really is you I will agree with everything you sayThe only melting I can see is the melting of those throwing their dinner off the table because a handful of posters are raising doubts based on the last 20 years of evidence.
One post with any hint of negativity or caution is met with a dozen or so posts of howling anger or derision.
As someone said earlier, you all need to calm yer tits down
Why are you so obsessed with Romano?This tweet literally says nothing. It means nothing. It’s just for clicks. How many burner accounts does Romano have?
Richarlison is a better fit for us, so unless we can get both he should be the priority. For Woolwich, you'd think they have bigger priorites too. Saka was their best player last year. Jesus also likes playing RW.Nearly 70 million for Raphinha is a lot when we already have Kulusevski in his best position.
Why not keep Rodon? He isn’t that bad. We could spend £50M+ on a CB from overseas who may not adapt to PL. yes but one more quality CB but we need 6. No point moving on Rodon and Dav who are already familiar with the PL.It‘s like the Salem witch trials in here, sorry but I’m not a fan of Danny boy

@FondueTriggerFun little side thread:
If you were to start your own ITK-wankery account, what would you call yourself?
Given the penchant for grandiose fictitious figures Hercules, Zues etc. I thought maybe something derived from a real-world hard-hitter instead:
@GhengisKunt
I read that both had that release clause and that Barca would have activated if Leeds had gone down.Thought that was Phillips..... Raphina too?
One thought is that Leeds may not be too eager to agree a lower fee given that if he has a good world cup they'll stand a better chance of scoring a prime fee in Jan and he may just help kick-start their season in the meantime.
Rodon and Lucas are good guys who Conte says train well and don't whinge about not being in the 1st team.Why not keep Rodon? He isn’t that bad. spend some money on top quality forward and May be a creative play maker. It’s the quality to break down teams we need and competition for places in the attacking areas.
