Would be a great signing, absolute rock of a defender. Although he would be a CB not a ball playing LCB.
I'm sure you are correct, but if we (or indeed another club) bought Richardilson for say £60m whilst they bought Winks (or loan with obligation to buy) for £20m, their FFP position would surely be £40m better off.
From Spurs point of view (and probably Winks too) a loan without an obligation to buy is not good as it would mean that Winks would be back at the end of the season - and his contract down to one year left so value goes down.
If Everton won't do a loan with an obligation to buy I think we just say a loan does not work for Spurs without a £10m loan fee (counteracts loss of value of Winks down to one year left on contract), But if they buy Winks at end of 12 months, his fee is £20m and we'll offset the £10m loan fee. That structure deals with their purported FFP issue without exposing Spurs

and likely one of Inter's CB's or Martinez after they complete signings of Dybala and Lusaka both on mammoth wages, even after they sell Skriniar to PSG.
Bremer's good but not going to immediately upgrade our first team CB's I suspect - but certainly gives us far better rotation options

Shakey last couple years. Was hot prospect when he got his move though from what I understand. I’d not be opposed to him coming on a loan with an option. Relatively low risk, with decent outcome if conte helps him find his form.

We should focus on Richarlison (he's more in line with our needs) get Spence sorted and then focus on the CB area, I'd like a concerted effort for Pau Torres personally. After that maybe 1-2 squad players but we don't really need a ton more and I'd hope we keep the powder dry after that.

He’s really good but confidence a little shaky from Barcelona lofty expectations and that Bayern thrashing. I think Conte would be able to raise his levels back up like he did with Dier and Davies.
