I think that if we stay up then both vdv and romero will stay. I think for the good of both parties romero should leave but feel RDZ will feel he can serve a purpose in the type of teams he wants to build and put him right.

I think IF we manage to stay up then its quality over quantity. 100% a quality left winger, and cm, striker and gk

That will leave us a little short and potentially weak in certain areas but we have alot of bodies to cut from this squad and no Europe.

Vicario, dragusin, sarr, bissouma, richy, spence need to leave for various reasons imo and kolo and palhinha loans ended without signing them. Thats 8 out and we need 4 in
Agree with everything other than Richy and Palhinha. I'd like to see them stay.

Finally get a top manager in who our best players actually respect ....

.....Then pull the rug from under his feet by selling them 😆

I would give him free rein , if he wants rid of Romero and VDV then make it happen and replace them with his number 1 targets.
I have a good feeling about RDZ , let’s hope we don’t fuck it up like usual and promise him the world and then give him some random French winger.

I wonder what the financial situation will be like come the summer? assuming we stay up I'm sure there will be money available but I guess the level of player will definitely need to be more "smart" than exciting.

Impossible to predict how the summer goes given all the injuries. Most likely it will be another papering over the cracks from ENIC - "we don't want to panic buy" "we have players coming back from injury" etc.

They will bank on the RDZ factor with this squad at least getting us top 10.

I think we need 4x first XI signings.

Assuming Maddison and Kudus get back to 100% the below is where we need to strengthen the first XI.

NEW
Porro - Romero - VDV - NEW
NEW

Bentancur - Maddison
Kudus - Solanke - NEW
Sadly I dont see any movement at CF with Richy/Solanke still here. Between them you sort of get 1x half decent striker across a season. Maybe Lankshear returns as 3rd choice but I dont see a big outlay here.

LW starter is a must (Tel is not ready). RW competition for Kudus becomes critical if Kulu is really dead.

Passing 6 in to partner Bentancur and be our new midfield general.

A new reliable starting quality LB is a must. Hopefully not Robertson

With Paz going back to Madrid, I wonder if we could get Mastantuono on loan for a couple seasons. Covers all forward line. Or a return to Savinho.

City's Nico Gonzalez and Real's Camavinga appear available. Would take some convincing but De Zerbi could convince.

Trafford or Selz could be easily gotten.

With Senesi and Robertson, would be a good looking window.

Then it's just what strikers become available.

Just looked on TransfrMarket of the world's strikers. Ugly, ugly viewing.

Genuinely don't see a "gettable" replacement better than a fit Richarlison.

Vicario, Bissouma, Dragusin, Romero, Muani and Solanke out the door.

Utilise Moore and Lankshear.

i know i shouldn't do this to myself but after another season of winning a farmers league that nobody watches and failing to win the champions league, could we tempt Kane back this summer
Dream signing. And the PL goal record must be nagging at him. To go with his England one.

But i do get the impression he is just happy being the biggest star in Germany for now. Banging them in, great club, less media hassle than in England.
