Alex Scott is a must & Hayden Hackney should be targeted. Abroad options include Angelo Stiller and Manuel Locatelli.

If we do nothing about this midfield, next season will be repeated.

Going against the grain but something as simple as Bissouma > Locatelli in a season without European football might be enough to start with.

If they can shift Sarr, send Bergvall on loan and bring Alex Scott I wouldn’t say no

The question marks are players that still need to be filled, but I have no clue with who. I don't think Odobert will ever get good enough (I've always been on the Tel camp) even if he had some very good apparences for us this season. Would love us to have a go at Leao, especially since Milan need to sell because they didn't make the Champions League (completely bottled it yesterday).
 
The Robertson signing just doesn't make sense to me. Not good enough for the club that literally just finished 5th, our serial target - but good enough for us?

But he's free. And its ENIC.

1 x Goalkeeper
1 x left back (looks like Robertson)
1 x right back (if Porro goes)
1 x CB with Vuskovic returning (looks like Senesi)
1 x Creative CM
1 x right winger competing with Kudus
2 X left winger (starter and sub unless Moore is deemed good enough as the sub)
1 x striker to start

It’s nothing to do with free and ENIC. If he signs it’s because he is still decent but brings experience of winning and leadership.

You don’t need to pack a Squad with World Beaters. Henderson and Milner have added real value to their teams this year as they are pros who keep everyone else going when times are hard. We have literally only had Palhinha standing up and being counted in those situations until recently.

Gallagher, Palhinha, Robertson are what you need to turn Gray, Bergvall, Vuskovic into a team.

Leadership is overrated. You could get 10 guys from the pub who would literally fight and die for the club, doesn’t mean the will be of any use. You need leaders but only if they can also play football and are physically able to play at the level needed. Hence why the best players like Rice cost an arm and a leg and hence why they decline when they get into their 30’s.

I personally dont think hes like them mate.

Hes been dictating play from deep this season at Bournemouth and his through ball game is streets ahead of any of them.

Would be a really good signing for me and one we should definitely be making

I don’t agree. I’m pretty sure Solanke will get a year to show what he can do. I think Muani and Richy will go. Parrott seems a natural inclusion but with Maddison, Gallagher and a returning Xavi I think you are kidding yourself he would get a look in at 10.

This is why I think people are going to be disappointed this summer as we will need to cut the squad and add the right players. There won’t be 2 new strikers as we wont have the guaranteed game time for them
 
The backline on paper should be ok although not sure about Robertson. At least we can park that as it’s the attack and midfield we need to work on.

Why the hell do people think we are going to sign Woltemade?

Newcastle spent a fortune on him and are not going to sell at a loss.

He also can't press, so wouldn't fit De Zerbi's tactics.
