Transfers Summer 2026 Transfer Thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Apparently, according to Corriere Fiorantino we are ‘in pole position’ for Fiorentina midfielder Nicolo Fagioli. I know nothing of him and have seen no other reports about this. The article states AC Milan also want him.

Someone is already cooking:paraticiwink:

Muani is gone. Odobert is crocked. So our starting base (which was already poor) is now worse.

I would be happy with getting 2 of 3 across LW, RW and CF as long as they are the very best available.
No more expensive punts on mistake PL squad filler.

LW is probably the priority assuming Kudus/Kulu are back to full fitness for the start of the season.

Solanke has become a sicknote but would be a good backup when fit. Richy is just dross and must be moved on. I doubt Lankshear is ready yet.

Nobody is disputing we start from a low base with 4 experienced players of whom we really need to move on two (Kolo Muani and Richarlison) leaving Solanke and Kudus to build round plus Tel and Odobert.

Realistically there are neither large numbers of good experienced players available and most who are better than say Richarlison cost £50m - £100m. Pay much less and we buy squad players ....... and I don't think anyone wants that.

Hence we end with Solanke, Kudus plus 2 experienced good forwards plus Tel, Odobert and Spurs youth unless a top player becomes available on a free.

Out of europe with 40-50 games (versus 60 in europe) so mainly playing once a week that's probably enough ...... with a need next year to bring in a couple of good forwards too. That's reality.

I blame the extreme heat!

This transfer stuff is 90% bo!!ocks, amd people wanting attention. The other 10% is sh!t.

But it is an infinitely better read than this player wants to leave relegated Spurs, and whatever else that scenario might have brought, 2 short days ago.

So, for now, let the conveyor belt of fcukwittery continue.
