It was aimed more against our owners than any supposed target. We know what "wolrdclass" means to them, just look at Lange.

Seems like a decnt player, though Im far from convinced we need him
Cheaper than I expected
95million. Come on mate, simple arithmetic!
RW is a complete unknown at this point. Would not be comfortable going into another season with Kudus and Kulu off the back of these injuries.
Loan him out and cover some of the wages then. Point is there's probably 15 PL teams that would have him. He is not an excuse for future poor squad building.He’s on 200k a week.
English isn’t some special attribute. England are producing more good players than almost anyone right now.
Takai = another loan
Unfortunately, due to poor team building under Levy, we are going to have to be ruthless, and it is not going to be on players that have done nothing wrong, who got sold a lie.Takai = another loan
Phillips = sell (surely we can get 10-15m?)
Dorrington = release
We need a right winger as well for sure.RW is a complete unknown at this point. Would not be comfortable going into another season with Kudus and Kulu off the back of these injuries.
Probably Alkilouche who can play in a number of positions is the way to go.We need a right winger as well for sure.
Senesi and Robertson are great starts to the window and means we can now focus on attacking reinforcements.
Out
Romero
Dragusin
In
Senesi
Vuskovic (if we don’t loan him again)
Another CB (if Vuskovic is re-loaned)
Final result
Vuskovic? VDV
Danso Senesi
If we sign Senesi and keep VDV, who plays at RCB?
I guess we sell Romero.
Sudakov moved to Sporting from Ukraine last summer, but reason Sporting want to move him on is he struggled to handle physicality of Portugese league.
Wonder if anybody's mentioned the step up to PL from Portugese league is pretty high too !
Mudryk (allegedly Ukraine's most exciting player at the time) joined Chelsea for 70m or so a couple of years ago, but couldn't handle the speed/physicality of PL so looked a bad write off ..... and then there were doping allegations so its going through CAS. Basic problem is player is not suited to PL and Chelsea vastly over paid
Good point, especially as we know both players are likely to play all 38 games and retain form for the duration.

Right up our strassa then
Almost as shit as the source.
Yeah because Scott is ahead of Bergvall now though. And he will be next season. If he doesn’t play a full season he’s going to be even further behind. That’s why people say loan.I want Baleba. Wharton we are not going to get, Bergvall is ironically way ahead of where Scott was at his age yet the same people moaning we didn’t sign him and give him the chance are suggesting we loan out Bergvall…![]()
A number 10 is a tough decision because if we left things alone we would have Maddison, Gallagher, Kulusevski, Moore and Williams-Barnett available to play there but we don’t know about Kulusevski’s fitness or how Xavi will fare after his recovery. Probably going to be one that’s left late in the window after we’ve seen how Kulusevski is in pre-season I think. I think Moore and Williams-Barnett are going to be capable of making an impact next season.
Do you think maybe Hackney could fill that role? On the face of it, Anderson and Wharton don't look like realistic options now. Even if they were they'd be absurdly expensive.Yeah but your scenario makes sense but it's just based on fantasy, not reality.
If we don't sign Palhinha there's a legit squad space for two players including Scott but it doesn't seem like that's the case.
I'm still not enthused by Scott anyway, we have players who can grow into the next Scott, just see it as a pointless signing really based on the fact that he's a Spurs fan.
