Seems this one is close then. Curious we haven’t seen more Romero rumours but given his suitors are on the continent I suppose those will come later, these clubs always move so slowly

I wouldn't be surprised if a deal is already agreed for Romero to go, given we are dropping nearly 50 million on Van Hecke. Probably to Atletico for around £50 million.

Will be great to see Romero gone. For me he will be synonymous with a clown show of a Spurs side over the past 3 years. Red cards, mistakes, goals conceded galore. Ironic that the same group won a European trophy.

Will be so good to move on and have a totally new defence.

He’s already fit for Argentina which is suspicious.

Maybe the deal had been agreed in principle a long time ago

De Zerbi has amazing pull it seems, isn't it kinda funny that Mbeumo and Norgaard didn't want to go anywhere near Frank, speaks volumes.
Yeah. Bang on the money.

I said from day one Frank was a dour, uninspiring, pathetically weak appointment that would drag the status and pulling power of the club to level of the likes of West Ham and Fulham.

I'm still astounded that so many sheep on here convinced themselves it was a sound appointment.

#NoToFrank should have been trending as soon as the links started and maybe the season of horror wouldn't have unfolded.

Seems this fanbase never learns 🤷‍♂️

I was going to say that but going by some of the reactions in here so far, I thought it was far too ambitious! 🤣

I mean, potentially four very solid signings before the window even opens is an unbelievable start to things, yet people are still doom and glooming everything.

I know that you'll never please everyone but some folk are just permanently angry and miserable cunts!

It is a true gift you have got.
We are all delighted that you remind us of your brilliance and of our own miserably poor judgement.
Have you ever thought of starting a religion based upon your special powers? I would be in. And I think most TFC posters would be in as well.

Those same people will probably be the first ones calling him shite after his first mistake.
The same ones piling onto Tel, Odobert, Bergvall and Gray.
They've built Vusko up so much in their own minds that they're just setting him up to fail their lofty expectations and when he does, they'll be slating him, RDZ and the board for fucking it up.
It's always the same.

He's good and has great potential but he's 19 and has a lot to learn, the EPL is a hard teacher.
It appears as though he wants to play regularly and learn more, so can we really take the risk of making him the first choice RCB?
Not for me, not yet and certainly not after the past two seasons.
He is 19 and yet Gray & Bergvale have played loads of games in the last 2 seasons and are both only 20 now. He should be in the squad and not helping other clubs. He will not start the season as first choice but will have to prove himself. Prove himself at Tottenham & not elsewhere. Both Bayen & Barcelona are sniffing around him & not any of our other CB’s or potential CB’s.
