I’m on an online message board bc of how much I care about this club ffs. I’ve missed out on dates because of Spurs. My intense following of the club has certainly had measurable consequences in my mental and emotional health after losses. My performance at work has probably suffered on CL or cup match days when we had a game later that day. Spurs are just a part of who I am at my core, I can’t change that any more than I can change the weather.
Kolo Muani would be my first choice, if he wanted to come.

Brother if you consider yourself the abused spouse in your relationship to a football club then I suggest taking a step or two back and taking a deep breath.
I'm a massive Spurs fan and care deeply about the club. But I'm just not going to get worked up over something that I have no control over and that isn't going to directly harm me.
Of course we should want the club to improve the defense. But if it doesn't happen then I'm not going to throw a fit over it. I'll get over it just like every other time they don't adress a on field issue.
It does feel like that sometimes with some people here. They'll be bringing up slights from years ago with no prompting ("Why didn't you sign Grealish!!", etc.), nag constantly (at us! like we have anything to do with it), it generally gives the vibe of a couple who needed to divorce years ago.
That's one of the reason why he was chosen, Nagelsmann wanted more control over transfers, so he didn't get the job and was painted as a troublemaker.
