Buying players from Brighton gets less and less appealing with each expensive flop that leaves and each cheap replacement they have lined up that shines straight away.
"You can't have the first 3 players on your list, who else do you fancy?"
Everton fans thought we had mugged them off only paying £60mn for Richarlison.
Is Brennan Johnson the answer?
3 months?
They rated his workrate a little too highly and missed the fact he couldn't hit his boxers with a fart.I snooped about the Everton forums at the time and that wasn’t the impression I got tbh. They were mostly salty as they knew they wouldn’t get in anyone much to replace him. They were right.
Because its not real, its a psy ops. Then they can do the whole “couldnt get it over the line” spew.Cracks me up with leaving it so late again , we are like that family in the Fast Show always running with their luggage
Shambolic
As in daring?!
If he become Spurs player then he's an answer to a question which I want to know
This is a very weird thing to fall out over lads. And that's coming from me.
Focus your angst on the bald one.
He was deadwood at Juventus, he'd be deadwood for us.Aye, it's a bit weird. I was just making an observation that we have a young back line with minimal experienced cover, and one of the best CB's of the last 20 years has gone to Berlin for next to nothing. Obviously you wouldn't pick Boncucci to play in a high line - even in his prime he wasn't exactly mobile, but I would have him sharing his experience in training and coming on at 1-0 up in the last 10 minutes if minute to close out a win if we're penned in.
One important consideration is that Bonucci has only ever had 1 red for Juve - which is testament to the fact that he very much knows how to defend without making rash tackles.
All of which is academic because he's gone elsewhere, and quite possibly because he wants to remain a starter.
Anybody would think that we've had loads of offers weeks ago for these players.Anyone would think we hadn’t had a few weeks to clear the decks.
