30 is a pretty rare total.

But Sonny has scored 23 in a league season playing for Nuno and Conte.

IF he replaces Richarlison in the middle and IF the Angeball system is really humming and IF he finds the rich vein of form he often has in his career, I don't think 25 is impossible.

That's not a likely scenario. But it's a possible one.

There are three PL golden boot winners in the league this year. Haaland, Salah, Son, that's it.
Have a hard time seeing son score more than 15, even at CF. He’s just not a match winner anymore.

I don’t think ange’s formation means a ton of chances for the CF either.

I'm grateful to Levy for giving our club a future. It's embarrassing that there is a segment of our support unable to understand Levy's contribution with nuance.

Lol mate. The man is living in your head rent free.

I'd go to arsemania if you want to praise the gooners mate.

You couldn’t be more wrong.

I worked out the simple minded dopey looking cunt over 13 years ago.

Till then i was just a sap like you thinking he knew what he was doing.

Haven‘t given the cunt any money for getting on 4 years now. And it feels GOOD!

Saved a fortune. Bought a boat off the money saved and will sail it tomorrow in the private lake i bought by refusing to pay him my hard earned.

Will watch an illegal stream of the match tomorrow on it too.

wanchors away!

Positives:
  • Big improvement in manager and style of play plus significant improvements to the starting 11.
  • Vicario is a gigantic improvement over last year’s version of Lloris, who I thought was the worst starting keeper in the league. He honestly might have cost us double digit points, Vicario’s ability to play from the back is huge stylistically.
  • VDV a massive improvement over Dier, Lenglet, Davies who were all more suited to relegation level sides
  • Udogie a substantial improvement over the bleh rotation combo of Perisic, Sess, Davies
  • Full season of Porro, Emerson more natural in 4
  • After years of being shockingly shite, our midfield is now the strength of the team. It’s basically a full overhaul/replacement considering Sarr and Bissouma barely got a run out last year
  • Veliz and Phillips look like thoughtful additions
Neutral:
  • I can’t get mad about not getting money for Lloris, Dier, and Ndombele. They have no value, it is what is.
  • Loans for Tanganga, Rodon, Spence and Reguilon. Hopefully they all build up some value.
Outright bad:
  • Losing one of the best players in club history, Kane carried us for years.
  • The CB depth is a fucking disgrace and totally mismanaged
  • Not getting Sanchez and PEH out for players that better fit the system is a big disappointment, those lads both had value and interest and other moves clearly were contingent on it
TBD
  • The club and big Ange clearly decided to not pursue replacing Kane like for like, that’s a huge gamble a could look very bad (or good) but that’s the decision that was made. We’ll see!

Overall, probably the biggest improvement in terms of new first team players I can remember. You can argue every starting position except the front 3 and Romero is stronger than last year. But losing Kane and bringing in only Johnson and Solomon is a massive risk that could make it all fall apart. Some really sketchy depth spots, namely CB.
