Really?

Never thought of Maddison as pacey or a dribbler.

Don’t Ange wingers stay wide and dribble people 1v1?
If Maddison signed he’d be played in the 3 in midfield. He’d never play wide in the front three ever.
Celtic played with wingers who made great runs from out to in behind the full back. Maeda on one side and Jota or Abada on the other. The amount of goals they scored or chances created from that was incredible.
Maddison would be the one playing those passes as he’d be one of the two midfielders Ange will ask to get forward.

There are many ways of looking at finances from accounting statements like this to straight cash in/out. Main thing that stands out is that we include the stadium as a depreciating asset for around £70m ish negative, I get we have to to save on tax and making balance sheet loses is part of it but that is very misleading when trying to suggest we are making true losses.

We are not in 10-15 years when the stadium value technically reaches zero going to bulldoze it and start again. I believe Woolwich also had this situation including stadium depreciation for a period on the balance sheet for tax purposes. The club is not sitting on trillions but it ain’t a poor loss making entity either.
Completely agree with your stance.

The claim being made is that we’re the most profitable club in the world. You can imagine what is being implied. But the reality is that there is no way that the figures can be spun to say that. Remove the depreciation and we’re making very modest profits.

We'd be attacking in a 5.

He'd move central, Porro out wide in offence. Maddison has played out wide for Leicester numerous times, finding himself in little pockets of space to create havoc.

We're no going to be playing the same way Celtic did because we have Kane up front and whilst I'd like to think absolutely everyone will be working hard in an Ange team, I don't think Maddison is up for playing in one of the midfield three positions. He's not particularly good defensively and not got the greatest work rate. There's no room for luxury in there.

I wish I could travel in time , acquiring some hard bastard skills on the way, just so I could do lasting harm to the person who gave the world the expression "living rent-free in your head".

People use it like they've cleverly won an argument when they've done anything but. It's like "Be careful what you wish for", vapid and meaningless.
Hey Bazali Bazali ...thoughts?

Players we as fans want to sell or the club May want to sell and their respective value:

Lloris - 2m
Tanganga - 5m
Dier - 5m
Davies - 3m
Reguilon - 12m
Lo Celso - 20m
Perisic - 3m

Total: 50m

Do you think this is realistic?

Also, I don’t think anyone would realistically buy Ndombele due to wages.
Lloris -- free
Tanganga -- 5m
Dier -- 5m
Davies -- 5m
Regui -- 10m
Lo Celso -- 20m
Perisic -- free

This would be my guess. Total 45m.
