That's projected for next season, but with the transfer window still open it will change. What I posted was the season just ended.

It's including players signed already, no? from January.

But if we are saying the ambition of Rice signing for the goons vs our transfer plans is what is firing people up, surely its a safe assumption that should both teams execute their transfer window plans, their wages will gom past ours by even more?

My favourite bit of that post was:

"equipped with charts to defend his boss" 😂

Again, us bastards bringing facts into the argument!

:sonpoint:

(To be fair, his own opinion appears to be about us mismanaging everything else, which at least can be sensibly discussed, rather than how much we spend - but then in that case I'm not really sure why he's challenging the rebuttal of the assertion that the scum have vastly outspent us. I just don't understand why so many of this group can't stick to debating the many arguably valid criticisms they have of ENIC / Levy, and stop making up lies / trying to defend others making up lies about factual information. :/ ).

The idiots regularly shit over the credibility and potential draw of their cause, but they're too far gone to even realise it.

But there's only reliable information on one of those.

I know it's changing but rearley did top players see out a contract, either sign an extension with more cash or sold before the value of the contract is realised.

It's complicated accounting for sure but in terms of the general fan debate, we'd get more out of debating the total, initial financial commitment to the player when they were signed??

That's fair enough, we all have reason to not trust the scouting network. But that has no bearing on the comment I made.

The constant angry reaction to tabloid/Twitter rumours of interest, from the goons, being twisted into "they've already spent £150M whilst we haven't."

Every day, every window, constant anger from the same people. Over a fucking rumour! It's all I ever see from some posters, so it's not a stretch.
Perhaps. A lot of it is just letting off steam. And there’s just as much breathless defence work. You’re right that people expend too much energy on rumours. But people expend too much energy defending a board that have a first class track record of incompetence (when it comes to transfers).

All I want to see is a DoF and a plan.

Much like Vlahovic, Mudyrik, Caciedo; if think maybe's shouldn't count.

Some twats in here simply can't discern between kicking back against pro-Arsn'l narratives (happening) and flag-waving for ENIC (not happening).....

The simple fact is that regardless of who signs the cheques at Spurs; Kronke IS NOT out-spending them to any meaningful extent.

That part of the debate hasn't been settled yet if we include wages and look at it from all angles.

Especially as the transfer window just opened.

No fucking point debating it in June though

Pics or it never happened. I'll start...
