It seems its all about incomings.

Frankly I'm more concerned about outgoings this summer.

Sell to buy and all that.

Are there any clubs foolish enough to buy our players? I suppose we have to wait until Postecoglou starts in July before he decides who to chop.

We could charter a commercial plane and send them all on the same flight.

Weren't there rumours of contracts being ripped up and wholesale changes in all departments around the football team? medical dept, performance etc

It's early but same time pre-season starts in less than 2 weeks. Also feels a bit like the Saudi money has frozen the buyers market a bit. Everyone waiting to see if they might win the lottery and shift their players for silly money. Or worried they might get quoted inflated prices because of supposed Saudi interest.

It's all fake though, that money is going into clubs connected by investment firms tied to the Saudi's. They are diversifying from oil via sport and keeping their money in-house by owning lots of houses.

So looks like the Chavs have established the new FFP hustle. Sell off players at hugely inflated players to Saudi Arabia in return, I expect, for helping them establish their league over the next 10 years or so. I’m sure they will tour there. An oil
club in all but name.

The Super League, whether it is in Europe or the Middle East, is inevitable.

I don’t mind the Valencia keeper (though apparently not great with his feet) but the benefit of Raya was that he’s home grown which I think we really do need. Hence the Maddison and Barnes interest

I fucking hate them

They’re loathsome. Utterly revolting team.

But it is what it is. There’s no point claiming FFP. What they’re doing is above board.
Let's be honest

They're a club that are only interested in winning football matches and they make sure that every angle they can exploit gets exploited in the pursuit of winning

While we ponce around with go karts and property while pleading football poverty

Yes. My understanding is that UEFA prevents multi club ownerships so this type of doping doesn't happen in Europe. So being in Asia skirts around it. It's pretty obvious actually, now it's happening. the PL Should've seen this coming a mile off. No doubt Matt Ritchie, Ryan Fraser and Jamaal Lascelles are about to get £100m moves as well.
