That's the point though isn't it.

If there isn't a recruitment guy in place or a coach, Levy and the staff shouldn't be meddling...

Unless there is a recruitment director in place and working behind the scenes like they did with Paratici.

If not and Levy is the one deciding football strategy, we are fucked.
