They sacked him & got worse. On the other hand, he was still well in a title challenge with Dortmund at the time & it's a pretty average Dortmund team all round, that Bayern side should have a chokehold on the league.

He's clearly a very intelligent guy but I don't think he was ever as sure a thing as people made him out to be when we were linked.
Either way I don’t give a fuck what he does now.

We’re not going to make a statement signing this year without any European football. We’ll need to be further along the rebuild for that to happen. A statement signing would be a couple of young players with bags of potential and to actually play them.
Not a dig at you mate, but this "rebuild" term really gets on my nerves we should be rebuilding every window, every club should.

It's detrimental to us to be going around Europe with every club knowing we need a rebuild from top to bottom.

What about now?

We need a new no.1

Our defence has so many numbers but probably just 1 CB deemed good enough.

Wingbacks and full backs that either not good enough or might not suit new manager.

Midfield has enough bodies but lacks creativity.

And attack which is probably our strongest area in terms of output but is seriously lacking in numbers (especially those who can be trusted)

We have a massive squad but is in an incredible mess.

I think adding potential right now is the wrong thing to do personally

You forgot outright lying.
Yeah. Like "I had lunch with Harry's agent" :roflmao:

or

I was talking to the son of the Celtic chairman :roflmao: , .:sonpoint:

Levy / ENIC is an integral part of many of the discussions taking place. Particularly the Summer transfer window where, believe it or not, Levy plays an influential part.

If you or anyone else doesn’t like it. Fine. Put the posters who offend you on ignore. That's why the function is there.

But don't start pretending to speak for the rest of the forum and decide what material they should or shouldn't read in any particular thread.

There's a reason this Spurs forum stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Tolerance. Difference of opinion. Criticism. even cunt-offs to a degree

We don't need self styled moderators like you, Get in! Get in! and Airfixx Airfixx calling the shots and spoiling the party.
no, but I'm sure you'll agree in your great wisdom that the transfer thread should be about transfers.

I understand and I sympathize.
Maybe Barca and United are big enough names to attract top players without UCL football. We’ll see if Chelsea can — N’kunku was done before they failed to qualify — although being twice winners in recent memory will help.
I doubt that we can. We’ve stood in the second tier of European football for some time. We have notoriously stingy owners who are known not to back the club when it’s needed and we can’t offer any European football at all.
If we sign a couple of kids and they come good along with Sarr and Udogie fulfilling their potential then perhaps we can attract the Lautaro Martinez’s or equivalent. I just can’t see it happening now.

You act like people haven’t made criticisms of Levy’s handling of the football side. Those have been made very clearly. I haven’t heard you say positives about Levy and the football side with anything like the same clarity.

Billy Bob mate Billy Bob mate - one of the biggest differences is in outlook. People like you and me use football as a diversion and we’re generally happy people with good self esteem. There are a lot of very negative people on here - misery loves company.
Seeing that one disagree, thinking:

WRONG!!!! I HATE COMPANY OF ALL KINDS.

"Hey everyone , I'm great"

Yeah you're a massive fucking hypocrite. Keep handing out likes/agrees to the guys who make fun of special needs or low income workers and/or express far-right reviews in other threads, just because they're ENIC in.
No. I hand out likes and agrees to posts I like or agree with. It doesn’t matter if I like the poster or not. As evidence, I’ve liked and agreed your posts fairly regularly.

What I won’t do is bring people in to score points when they do things that are shitty. Like what you did.

See the difference?

Stop trying to score points on me. Go to sleep.

Yeah this might be a remotely decent point if I had any idea what the fuck you were even going on about, as it happens I still don't.

But I apologize for not being omniscient.

Hmmm not really seeing the Levy ball sucking in the quoted post tbf. And seems you had to go a long way back to find any post with even the most tenuous link to ENIC praise.

I will always try to think positively rather than negatively about most things.

Still believe we'll win things. Still believe people shouldn't strop like children.

All this stays the same regardless of who owns the club.

Anyway, nice we signed Kulu innit?
As long as a shit West Ham can win a title, there IS hope!!!

Not sure if this has been posted before

30m euros (circa £24m) payable over 6 years for the 23 year old is a steal - reflects his last season which was less good than his first 6 months which was amazing.

Every chance of an upside in value
