Yet; now they've got Spurs fans eagerly on their teet
I have posted several times that their owners have been awful since they became majority owners and have, inarguably, taken their club backwards. I honestly don’t see how it’s even disputable.
This always results in a couple of kisses for me from the usual, tired suspects that think that telling the truth about the Kroenkes is, somehow, an endorsement of ENIC. No surprise when you’re that far down the rabbit-hole.
Having said that, we do have a couple of genuine Saka Fanboys posting here who don’t believe that tribalism has any place in the modern game.

All of your line ups have very serious problems. Son out of position on RW, moving Porro to RW is a big risk, Kulu is not suited to RCM, and your LCM Bentancur is injured for months (understand that Skipp can play DM, Bissouma LCM, but means Sarr has more positions to cover as back-up).

Scott is not PL ready yet.

The fact you would prefer all of these ahead of a player who starts in RCM/LCM for Argentina and Villarreal in a 433... is irrational.
Emery is a smart manager, knows the difference between PL and La Liga better than most, and knows GLC inside out.

I wonder if you believe the rumours he faked injuries and are letting emotions getting in the way?
Have Villa bid for GLC then? Otherwise, the Emery atuff is speculation.

Funny how

We had CL last season and more non football events which will have closed that gap. Their wage bill is also 40M more than ours so it’s not as vast as it looks.

I work in Finance and our primary task should be to clear wages from the books. Fees can be stretched and renegotiated, but wages are month on month. No flex and our wage bill is full of wastage. Players like Lloris, Perisic, Dier, Ndom are all on vast wages and offer little in return. We could cut our wage bill in half if we ate aggressive which would create a much lower foundation and enable spending on a proper rebuild. Just get them all out, the fee is secondary to the Opex cost of their wages. A third of our squad are just an anchor that are weighing us down

@Admin You were quick to remove my ability to react to posts, after I was spammed with disagrees in the first place, but when these guys do it, you don’t bat an eye?
Bit of a freak that one. Never read a post from it but spams with disagrees

I’ve a feeling that exactly what we will be trying to do this summer. It’s partly why the scum are now able to spank £100 million on Rice. Getting rid of Abaumayang et al has freed up a lot of committed cash. Mind you, they’ve just given it the Havertz so hopefully they haven’t completely learnt their lesson!

It’s probably got nothing to do with the fact that they made exactly £150 million more than us in 2022.
It’s amazing how people who make more money get to spend more. I’m still trying to figure out how that happens. Any thoughts?

Does that mean we will spend 76 million more than Woolwich this summer based on 2022 revenues?
