I guess one needed to be ITK to figure out this would happen

How many face-to-face vision talks will Kane go thru in his career at Spurs
Kane's already had face-to-face vison talks with Pochettino, Mourinho and Conte listening to them share their visions...only for Levy to over-rule them with his vision.
And Kane knows very well that no matter what Ange may tell him in the end it's all about Levy's vision - or rather lack of it - that matters.
Personally I do not want Kane to leave as he simply can't be replaced. There may be few better CF in the world but for Spurs he's the best.
However, if Kane really want to leave for Bayern (or PSG)I think few would have problems understanding - and respecting - that decision...

BTW, if we haven't signed a CB by this point, who the fuck are the other players going to train against?

I know Romero is a live wire but he can't defend agains the entire squad.
Dier and Dorrington will go but you cant imagine Sanchez, Rodon and Tanganga have any future here and i'm sure they've been told to find another club. We just really need to buy 2 good ones asap though.

Fuck me. I had almost blocked 1992-1998 from my memory before that popped up on my feed.
You mean you DON'T remember the 90s.

I rate Jose higher than Conte.

Was surprised how much I liked Jose in the Amazon documentary. Thought he came across really well.

The football was dull but it was worse under Conte and I did think that Jose genuinely wanted to be here.

And I still think that the Super League fiasco played a part in Jose going.
The difference between the two is that Jose seems to at his core be a good person that ends up going overboard with his gamesmanship and antics. Conte just comes off as a diva and a braggart.

Jose strikes me as the guy who could sit down with just about anyone and have a good discussion. Where as Conte has a much more dirisive personality.

I can't see Conte buying Reguillon a Christmas dinner.
