But he also had them performing to their absolute best too. Dier, Davis, Kane, Son, Sess/Reguilon were all phenomenal for that 2nd half of the 21/22 season. Well, Dier Davies weren't pish, Sess and Reg performed to a standard etc etc. Kulu came into the team and set the PL on fire too.

But then it all crashed and burned.
2nd half of 21/22 pretty much all the games were once a week.

That means the best available players, and well rested, could figure in each team, and shear quality of players versus opposition probably made the difference - might have happened with any competent coach, not just Conte

30 - of which at least 10 will be completely disengaged and actively seeking moves and speaking to agents on which country and club they might go to next.

What a shitshow

I would guess that the 'flying' squad will be circa 22 first team players plus youngsters.

Those likely to be loaned out or sold unlikely to be flying - or if they do it will be one or two players. So squad should be motivated to play and win.

Any updates on Perisic status? He is being linked with Hajduk (my club) and news (not sure if they are true) are that he will leave Spurs this month on a mutual agreement? Do you know anything about it, except twitter sources. And when will the list of players going on pre season tour be available? Thank you
Dalmatia is beautiful, no shock he wants to be “Home”…

Toured your beautiful coast, beautiful landscapes, beautiful women AND better Pizza than Italy!

Roma have ducked out so probably 2 games. But even if 3 games a squad of 30+ players is a bit OTT

Given we have a new manager trying to get properly acquainted with his new squad I see no problem with him taking a large contingent on tour if that's what he wants.

This is one if those 'over-thinking things', non-issues.

The Schaktar game was only announced a couple of weeks ago. So it is not part of that tour.

If one is conspirational one could argue it is a do good to Schaktar for not getting a formal fee for Solomon.
So we're travelling half way around the world and back again to play West Ham and Leicester. I hope we win those matches especially after going all that distance, when one club is based down the road in London and the other is a short journey on the motorway.

Yes so the Shakhtar match is to raise funds for them/Ukraine crises etc?

It’s not winning these games that matters / it’s a positive environment where all players are upbeat and taking in what Ange is trying to get across. No backstabbers, negative noise behind his back from sh1t players who don’t have a future here
