More than underwhelming. We'd be helping out one of our most bitter rivals to get rid of a shit player for a high fee.

Fucking hell lads, they're assembling....
They will win a a major trophy before us whilst we are still stuck with cunts as club owners.Villa are very ambitious and backed up by the owner who also is, it's a huge plus when a club has that.

If Newcastle can sign the mighty Dan Burn then quite frankly, the possibilities are endless...Sounds very positive.
One comment said Newcastle missed out. Reply was they have Botman but he’s an upgrade on Burn.
Surely if Newcastle could sign Botman and Burn without European football, VDV and Tapsoba wouldn’t be an issue?
Foul voted. Put it in ENIC thread where people careThey will win a a major trophy before us whilst we are still stuck with leeches and parasites as club owners.

True, Chelsea will put the money towards CaicedoGallagher does'nt make a lick of sense to me. Why give money to a direct rival for a player who may or may not be good enough? We have pretty good depth in CM even if Hojbjerg goes, once Bentancur back him, Skipp, Sarr, Biss and Maddison should be more than adequate for the upcoming season with no Europe? Could we not find a decent development loan for Devine this season and integrate him as our 6th choice midfielder next season, rather than bring in a player with equal question marks over their ability to step into our squad?
Burn is a thug and hasn’t he been playing left back?If Newcastle can sign the mighty Dan Burn then quite frankly, the possibilities are endless...
He could be a massive upgrade in Ange’s system. We could probably get someome like Locatelli for a similar fee to Gallagher. Would add real class to the midfield.
Having said that i'd prefer Gallagher to Hojbjerg, he's 4 years younger, homegrown and much busier with more goals in him. Just feels like a fairly modest upgrade.
Interesting analysis of Gallagher from his Palace peak season.
Can see why Ange would like his engine and half space crossing.
Would seem a good fit apart from one thing: which side would be play if he played with Maddison?
Chelsea might deal with us, one of Boehly’s first acts was removing all of the back room staff and infrastructure at the club. Boehly and Levy get on, Poch certainly does t hate us - it’s only the fans and to be honest I don’t think Boehly gives a damn what they have to say.Gallagher Is a good player so not exactly sure how he is getting so much criticism on here.
Chavski won't deal with us though and how are they for HG players? think it's a non story.

My bad, didn't mean it like that.Definitely not a fan of the term 'parasites' considering the main person you are referring to and historical context of which it was used to describe people of the Jewish faith

Even more baffling why he is allowed to hang around like a bad smell - the bloke literally offers nothing these days. How many managers have he seen off now?
For some reason our past few managers have spoken about Dier as if he's some kind of classy CB. ie Mourinho, Conte.Even more baffling why he is allowed to hang around like a bad smell - the bloke literally offers nothing these days. How many managers have he seen off now?
This is the first time we’ve seen a price quote from a German paper.
