It's certainly getting that way lol

Who do have that is a great presser and tackler that plays further up the pitch, drifts the the right flank and can ping crosses in?

If anything he brings something to the team that we don't already have and could be a great player addition to Madison for the AM role.

We already have someone in midfield who presses & will tackle in Skipp. As for the drifting/pinging in crosses, he's not been particularly good at this for a while. Someone drifting and then putting in unsuccessful crosses isn't an asset.

The only attributes Gallagher has that have shone recently are his off the ball-work and tenacity. All his 'AM' related skills have been hideously lacking, he just doesn't create.

Don't think Dier is going anywhere this season. I'll be extremely surprised. Im curious to know if we'll buy a CB. Hope we don't add Lenglett to the mix or we'll be back to where we were.

And if Levy Lovers want to ask where this comes from;

I can't see how we'll have a payed per view documentary of someone we are about to let go.
We aired one about Lucas last season a few weeks later they confirmed we were not renewing his contract. I think it is more an indication that his story at Spurs is almost over.

I'd happily see us sign Scott but it does make me laugh that he'd appease the "we must replace PEH cos Sarr & Skipp aren't experienced enough" crowd....

Scott is younger and less experienced than both.
I’d ignore those people. Unless it’s at the businesses end of the season, experience is massively overrated IMO.

We had a young team and looked to be pushing for great things in 16-17

We had an older team in the last 3 years and well…

If Kane leaves (which I suspect he will) then Vlahovic seems like someone I wouldn't be against, the question in my mind though, is why would he want to come to Spurs?
Vlahovic, no thanks.

The striker market is rubbish right now and it’s foolish to try to replace Kane straight up - any player who does that is on a hiding to nothing.

Again, Use his fee to increase the quality in defence, in chance creation and let Richy and Son handle no.9 duties for the season.

In the background use the year to scout extensively, and also put the likes of Scarlett and Donley on the right development plan.

A Kissinger Special: Domino Theory.

PSG's oil money can outbid the Bavarian beer slushfund.

If Kane is willing to go to Paris, then Levy will see how high they're prepared to go and likely pull the trigger once he's extracted every last Euro.

If PSG & Luis Enrique's other CF target is Vlahovic, then assuming he's prepared to join us, PSG get Kane & we get Vlahovic.

It would be a huge call by Levy, but so would letting Harry run his contract down & leave on a free.

And it would prevent Kane massively improving one of our PL rivals.

We just cannot let him leave on a free. We mustn't.

That'd be a total embarrassment. Sackable offense for all involved.

I understand your trepidation but I think he brings a lot more in terms of attacking output than Skipp does. Could you ever see Skipp score 8 goals a season?

He barely got any game time last season and the season before he didn't have the ariel threat we do so I personally think there is a lot of potential there.

Fair play if you don't.
