I know you're joking, but it's crazy to think of it like that. That's £1m a year of fans money for half a century. To buy the allegiance of someone to play for your sports team for half a decade.

And our club is literally the stingiest one in the world.

I suspect he's actually better in a positive, attacking system where he's allowed further forward. Maybe that's what we've all been missing from his game. Some of his goals, assists and key passes showed he's far from a clogger.

As evidence, mate. Read the post and don't take it out of context.

We can't use fake quotes and fake data, but we can use 23 years of previous transfer windows to form a reasoned opinion on how things will play out.

Seems a pretty reasonable argument to me, matey
