It's a dumb comparison, they asset stripped their team in order to build their stadium, a decade+ later they're in a different place, and certainly in a different place than we were in 18/19.
Cope.

This season we need more work done to rebuild and they are the ones dropping 200m+

Do you honestly believe we are spending 200m this window , unless Kane goes but even then… (no, Kulu and Porro don’t count this window)

He didn't talk about this window did he? How is it cope, they sold Henry, Vieira, Van Persie, Fabregas, etc. They routinely gutted their team, they really only recovered last year.

Why is this window a bad comparison?
Or even last summer and this summer?

Anyway, fuck Woolwich, loads of their players are massively overrated and we are going to embarrass them this season but none of us can deny we wouldn’t, just once, want to see our team being the ones dropping 105m on an established world class player.
I don't think you're listening to what I'm saying. He's not comparing our current window to theirs.

well it's all a bit football manger BUT if we got €100M from Bayern and could get Ramos for €60M that wouldn't be the worst situation.

Kane goes abroad and we get a very exciting young striker on the world stage.

€60m ain't happening........

I doubt €100m is the "go" price on Kane either.
